- provides comprehensive legal services to entrepreneurs operating in the waste management sector; takes part in preparation of investment projects consisting of waste lands, wastewater treatment plants, municipal systems, by drawing up and negotiating contracts in administrative proceedings,
- represents Clients during inspections by public administration bodies, including environmental authorities (in particular by Province Environmental Protection Inspectorates – WIOŚ) and in administrative proceedings before administrative courts for imposition of fines, withdrawal of administrative permits and licenses, their expiration or invalidity.
- prepares dawn raid / inspection procedures for Clients (inspections by law enforcement authorities, environmental protection inspections);
- represents Clients in the sectors of waste management, real property development, the metallurgical, and automotive industry in litigations before common courts of all instances and before the Supreme Court;
- acted as a defense counsel in criminal cases (white-collar crimes) and fiscal crime cases, acts as an attorney for aggrieved parties (in particular commercial law companies);
- authored a number of articles and publications on environmental protection and waste management law;
delivers training on procedures to be followed in case of inspections by public authorities (in particular environmental protection authorities
