Talks of Portal Samorządowy attended by local government representatives, 28 August 2019, Katowice
Over the recent years, the public-private partnership has undergone several essential changes. In 2018 the Polish Parliament amended the PPP Law, which was a step forward in promoting the PPP model for investment projects administered by local governments. The forecasts are optimistic, but there are still things that need to be done to develop the PPP. The local government officials and Andersen advisors are well aware of this fact, as they have participated in a number of such projects.
