New Public Procurement Law – series of coffee meetings, 12 February 2020, Katowice
Together with the Business Centre Club, Katowice Chapter, we would like to invite you to a series of meetings in which we are going to discuss the new Public Procurement Law. Although the new regulations will become effective next year, we encourage you to get ready for changes.
- 12 February 2020 – New principles of preparation of public procurement procedures
- 11 March 2020 – Contractor qualification system
- 2 April 2020 – New conditions of public procurement contracts and new principles of settlements with contractors
In the first meeting, on 12 February, Tomasz Srokosz and Patrycja Fingas are going to present:
- new principles of preparation of public procurement procedures – stronger participation of the private sector in the correct preparation of procurement actions,
- new division of public procurement, simplified procedures for procurement below statutory thresholds,
- contractor qualification system.
The meetings are addressed to business owners, presidents and directors, as well as employees of public procurement departments and legal departments of companies. They will take place at the offices of Andersen in Katowice, at ul. Chorzowska 150, between 10:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.
