Even though it is still more than a year until the new Public Procurement Law comes into force, it is worth to get ready for the planned amendments now.
Together with the Regional Chamber of Commerce in Katowice, we have the pleasure of inviting you to a seminar in which we are going to discuss the main amendments to the PPL and their impact on your business.

We invite business owners, presidents and directors, as well as employees of public procurement departments.
The following “novelties” will be discussed at the meeting:
- Principles of preparation of public procurement contract award procedures – increased participation of the public sector in correct contract preparation.
- Division of public procurement, simplified procedure for contracts with a value less than the statutory thresholds.
- Contractor qualification system.
- Terms and conditions of public procurement contracts – a step towards entrepreneurs.
- Principles of settlements with contractors.
- Terms and conditions of protection of subcontractors in public procurement.
- Simplified process of appeal against decisions of the awarding parties and the National Appeal Chamber – lower cost of appeal proceedings.
Immediately after the seminar, at 1:00 p.m., there will also be a meeting with an expert of the Silesian Regional Guarantee Fund on the subject of securing loans, borrowings, leases, etc. Detailed information on this speech can be found on the organizer’s website.
