Andersen advises on the purchase of commercial real estate
Hugo Bałaziński – legal advisor, advised the client of Andersen in Katowice – an investor on the commercial real estate market, in the purchase of commercial real estate built-up with a sports and recreation facility together with the sports equipment rental building and outdoor gym as well as a commercial building. The commercial facility is the subject of a long-term lease agreement – the facility operates a store belonging to one of the largest retail chains in Poland.
The consultancy included the structuring of transactions using a special purpose vehicle (SPV), the preparation of a financing model, the preparation of transaction documentation, support in the process of negotiating a conditional sale agreement, followed by an agreement transferring ownership of real estate, and general transaction consulting. The value of the transaction was over PLN 12 million.
