Experienced lawyer (Warsaw)
Due to the dynamic development of Andersen, we are looking for an experienced lawyer (senior consultant / manager).
Requirements:
- very good knowledge of commercial companies, civil law and mergers & acquisitions,
- 3-5 years of work experience in a law office (Corpo or M&A department),
- fluent knowledge of English in speech and writing,
- very good work organization,
- good knowledge of editing documents in Word and presentations in Power Point,
- legal adviser and attorney (eventually ending the application),
- commitment to work, team skills.
